Our Trip To Salt Lake City

This weekend we went on a mini vacation to Salt Lake. Korry had a root canal appointment at 7 PM in Logan on Thursday night and when he was finished with that we headed to SLC. Friday, Korry & Jeff went golfing at Thanksgiving point and I took Kennadee and Eli to Target. It was the first time I'd taken both of them somewhere by myself and it was a little overwhelming. When Korry got home our family went to The Macoroni Grill for dinner. I don't know why places like that are even appealing to me. Kennadee spent most of her time underneath or table, that is until she bit my toe through my shoe. Kaylen met us there and got to see Eli. Then we all went back to the hotel and Kenna got to go swimming with Korry and her cousins. She had a great time!




Saturday was the marathon. We didn't go because we knew it would be crazy with two little friends so we took them to the zoo instead. It was insane! The parking lot was completlely full and cars where backed up clear down the highway. It took forever to actually get up there too because of all the roads being blocked off for the marathon. We wanted to try to go later to see if it would calm down but Kennadee was in the backseat yelling "Animals! Please, Please Animals?" In the end we made it. She was very excited for the first few minutes. She loved riding the train and the carasoul. The elephants were her favorite!

Saturday night everyone went to dinner at the Denny's next to our hotel. It's always fun to spend time with everyone. My favorite part was when Bella grabbed the little cup of ranch when no one was looking and drank the whole thing. When I saw her I laughed and laughed. Her face was filthy!
After we finished at Denny's Korry, Jeff, and Raphael went to Wendover. I think they had a pretty good time even though they lost money and didn't get back to Salt Lake until 3:30 A.M!

On Sunday we came back to Star Valley. We always stop in Montpelier so that we can see mom and dad. They really love Kennadee and Eli. This is the first time my dad held Eli and you can just tell he's proud of him!
