Day 6- My friends came here and walked the hill of death. They survived and so did I. It was much easier with only 1 child and no bike to push.
I have traded in my pop :( for minute maid light. If you haven't tried it, it's amazing! It only has five calories a can! I have also been drinking different flavors of crystal light to curb my overwhelming love for juice. So far so good. I haven't lost any weight in my week of exercise. This is why I get so flustered. Shouldn't I lose something? A pound? An OUNCE? Something! If it's just going to stay the same after walking ten miles then I might as well eat a candy bar and drink a pepsi and be happy about life right? I'll keep trying. I'll try to be positive, try not to drink pop, try not to eat sugary goodness, and most important try to be happy.

Keep up the good work!! It's hard but you can do it! Something that helped me (back when I was working out) was that I didn't even weigh myself for over a month. When I was weighing myself every day it was too depressing. But when I finally stepped on a scale a month or so later there were results, which gave me more drive. haha I don't know how you can give up good foods... its so hard! Keep up the great work!
Hang in there! Remember in Cheer things didn't come in a week. It takes time. You'll start seeing something soon if you keep going! Good Luck!! I sure hope you like your hair cut!
